Application Checklist For Student Visa
ATTENTION: All in PDF files, Photo in JPEG format. One number, one file. Individual files should not be exceed 10MB, all files should not exceed 25MB.
Note: If you are coming with your family - As a principal applicant we must complete your requirements before your dependents
1. Updated Curriculum Vitae
2. Coloured Diploma
3. Coloured Transcript of records, and
Related Certificates from the school
4. Coloured Copy of Passport
*Please note that the passport should be valid for at least three months past the end of your intended stay in New Zealand. For ex, your study is from Jan 2016 to Jan 2017, you passport expiry should be at least three month after Jan 2017 which will be April 2017 and beyond.
5. 1 Passport size color photograph in JPEG format
6. Statement of Purpose- why you need to study the course in NZ
7. Certificate of Employment/s if available – make sure dates match in the form and all certificates submitted should be included in the online form
8. Evidence Of English Proficiency
9. Completed Student Visa Form
11. Medical Form from the accredited panel physicians ( before you take the medical exam please wait for the Offer of Place from the School, our team will advice you on this)

A. If you are going to use your own funds
-Bank certification
-6 months back statement with ending balance equivalent to $15000 NZD + Tuition Fee
-COE/Source of Funds
B. Financial Guarantor (not NZ resident/citizen)
-Signed Financial Undertaking Form(INZ 1014)
-Bank certificate/confirmation (amount required $1250/month)
-Relationship document to applicant ex. Birth Certificate of the close relative
-Photocopy of any valid ID of the Guarantor
-6 months bank statement with ending balance equivalent to $15000 NZD
-COE/Source of Funds of the Guarantor
-Tuition Fee proof of funds ( if the guarantor will shoulder the tuition fee of the applicant)
C. Evidence of funds from a NZ resident/citizen sponsor
-Filled out and signed Sponsorship form (signed both by the sponsor and Justice of the Peace/Lawyer)
-Bank certificate with 6 months bank statements/Bank confirmation ($1250/month)
-Relationship document to the applicant
-Photocopy of any valid ID
-COE/Source of Funds
-Tuition Fee proof of funds
13. Signed Student Visa Declaration Form
14. NBI Clearance/Police Certificate (if will not cause delay)
15. Debit or Credit Card Details: Visa or Master? Account no, Account name, Security No., Expiry Date- for the payment
